Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred in a dumpster bin.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rito Marquez.

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:17 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
