Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old White/Caucasian female who passed away at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Tara Oneel.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Choking

Other Significant Condition: Ethanol Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:47 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 4.
