(L.A.) Rosman Mendoza, 44, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rosman Mendoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine and Ethanol

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure, Liver Cirrhosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
