(L.A.) Peter Choe, 34, Died in a Tent

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Asian male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Choe.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Fluorofentanyl

RIP PETER CHOE (August 29, 1989 – April 9, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:55 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
