(L.A.) Joshua Salgado, 33, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joshua Salgado.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:19 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
