Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital/polyclinic.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Christina Dalton.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:38 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
