Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black female that occurred at an encampment.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Semone Collier.
Born in Santa Clara County, California. Mother’s maiden name is Cotton.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:42 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 24, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
The government investigator had initially stated the decedent was found lifeless in a field, before changing the listed place of death to encampment.
