Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Aaron Green.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:40 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 31, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
