The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Levila Toomalatai.

Cause of Death A: Complications of Rhabdomyolysis

Cause of Death B: Atorvastatin Medication

Other Significant Conditions: Aspiration Pneumonitis Due to Misplaced Nasogastric Tube, Dilated Cardiomyopathy, and Hepatic Cirrhosis
