Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Bolden.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Use

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type II, Acute Renal Failure, Septic Shock
