Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a sober living facility.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Mikinna Hays.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Diphenhydramine, Hydroxyzine, Methorphan and Quetiapine

RIP MIKINNAM LYNN HAYS (October 22, 1988 – February 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:48 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
