(L.A.) Hugo Andrade, 74, Died in a Nursing Home

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old Latino male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Hugo Andrade.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis

Cause of Death C: Chronic Immobility

Other Significant Conditions: Traumatic Humerus Fracture, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Morbid Obesity, Sleep Apnea, Diabetes Mellitus, Pulmonary Hypertension, Chronic Kidney Disease
