Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Noah Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:19 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
