The coroner’s office identified the man as Carlos Cardona.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure

Cause of Death B: Fentanyl and Benzodiazepine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: History of Tuberculosis, Alcoholism
