Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Shane Gallagher.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:46 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
