The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Joyce Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Traumatic Subdural Hematoma

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Traumatic Head Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Congestive Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, Pacemaker Placement, and Coronary Bypass Surgery
