(L.A.) Nora Klein, 33, Died in a Rehab Center

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian that occurred in a rehabilitation center.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Nora Klein.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Other Significant Condition: Recent Methamphetamine Use

RIP NORA KLEIN (June 23, 1990 – January 6, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
