Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Roger Davis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:16 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
