Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eddie Peterson.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine
RIP EDDIE PETERSON (October 21, 1976 – December 8, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 12:07 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 27, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
