Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Michael Weinstein and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Born in Santa Clara County. Mother’s maiden name is Pimentel.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 1:14 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
