(L.A.) Oscar Montufar, 63, Died in a Walkway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred in a walkway.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Montufar.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl
RIP OSCAR MONTUFAR (December 16, 1960 – December 28, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:23 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
