(L.A.) Octavio Lopez, 32, Died on Christmas

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Octavio Lopez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Ethanol
RIP OCTAVIO LOPEZ (September 30, 1991 – December 25, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:03 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
