Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeremy Jenkins.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Oxycodone, and Methamphetamine

RIP JEREMY JENKINS (November 17, 1981 – December 15, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 2:07 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
