Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old Latino male that occurred at a parking structure.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Shae Skien.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 3:58 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in late May the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
