(L.A.) Francisco Gutierrez, 24, Died in Azusa

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Latino male that occurred in Azusa.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Francisco Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Lorazepam, and Chlordiazepoxide

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
