Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:09 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
