(L.A.) Jose Hernandez, 28, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Hernandez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine
RIP JOSE HERNANDEZ (September 4, 1995 – November 24, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:42 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
