(L.A.) Patrick O’Connell, 62, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Patrick O’Connell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:09 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
