(L.A.) Gregory Kincannon, 30, Died in a Care Facility

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a care facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gregory Kincannon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP GREGORY KINCANNON (August 28, 1993 – November 13, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
