(L.A.) Juan Lopez Guillen, 39, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Lopez Guillen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Toxicity

RIP JUAN LOPEZ GUILLEN (August 5, 1984 – October 12, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 2:39 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in June the following year, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.
