(L.A.) Donald Scott, 64, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Donald Scott.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease; Medical History of Ethanol Abuse, Substance Abuse and Tuberculosis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:26 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
