Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dillon Cooke.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP DILLON COOKE (July 22, 2002 – October 12, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 4:45 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
