Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Winston Martindale.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP WINSTON MARTINDALE (August 15, 1961 – September 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:37 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 8, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
