(L.A.) Walter Lindsey, 63, Died at a Gas Station

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black male that occurred at a gas station.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Walter Lindsey.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP WALTER LINDSEY (May 29, 1960 – August 19, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 10:13 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 9, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
