(L.A.) Timothy Lewis, 59, Died in a Motel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Lewis.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease and Medical History of Hypertension, End-Stage Renal Disease, Liver Failure, Ethanol Abuse and Substance Abuse

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
