(L.A.) Lynne Haddad, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Lynne Haddad.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

RIP LYNNE HADDAD (April 13, 1965 – September 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:41 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
