(L.A.) Miguel Mariano-Zamudio, 50, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Miguel Mariano-Zamudio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Cellulitis of Right Arm

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:05 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
