Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Carlos Salazar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity, Diabetes
