(L.A.) Steven Grossman, 40, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Grossman.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP STEVEN GROSSMAN (October 30, 1982 – August 19, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:31 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
