(L.A.) Jeffrey Johnson, 25, Died at a Transient Encampment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a transient encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeffrey Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 7:23 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
