(L.A.) Jorge Cubule Guzman, 42, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jorge Cubule Guzman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:05 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 21, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive.
