(L.A.) Walter Todd, 69, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Walter Todd.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

RIP WALTER TODD (June 11, 1954 – July 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 8:52 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
