(L.A.) Pedro Ortiz Sanchez, 39, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Pedro Ortiz Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 12:51 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 26, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
