(L.A.) Gerardo Vasquez Vicente, 35, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gerardo Vasquez Vicente.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 5:48 p.m.

As of August 8, the government clerk still has not provided a date of birth for the decedent. The age range given is 25-30.

Finally on August 9, the medical examiner posted a birthday and age.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
