(L.A.) Stephen Cash, 33, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen Cash.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:28 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 13, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
