Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a jail.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Leland Barnett.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Condition: Pneumonia
