The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timon Moses.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure with Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Effects of Hypothermia, Clinical

Other Significant Condition: Cerebrovascular Atherosclerosis
