The coroner’s office has identified the man as Vigen Mushegian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multiple Organ Failure with Liver Necrosis

Cause of Death B: Effects of Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and Opiate Toxicity
