The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeremy Thaler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Probable Deep Leg Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Condition: Left Fifth Metatarsal Fracture
