Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Sammy Parker.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Multiple Drugs

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy; Obesity; History of Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus (Type Unknown) and Asthma
